Job summary

Greencore Group plc in Bo'ness is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to ensure customer, business and legal requirements for raw materials and packaging are met by monitoring supplier quality and materials.

You will conduct audits, maintain real-time records, support KPI improvements, and ensure compliance with QMS, GMP and HACCP across the site. This is a permanent, site-based role with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems within manufacturing.
• Confidence auditing and applying QMS, GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Ability to assess raw materials and packaging against specifications with accuracy.
• Experience managing supplier non-conformances and root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming raw materials and packaging against specifications and supplier standards.
• Communicate out-of-spec materials promptly to minimise operational impact.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records and identify documentation anomalies.
• Conduct sampling, report results and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor KPI performance and support investigations and audits.
• Participate in internal, customer and group audits to ensure compliance with QMS, GMP and HACCP.
