Job summary

ABP UK is seeking a dedicated trainer to develop and deliver ongoing training for operatives within a chilled production environment at our Glasgow site. You will coordinate onboarding, assess skills, and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding high quality and safety standards.

You will work with Health & Safety, Production and Technical teams to identify training needs, maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement through effective coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated training and facilitation abilities.
• Experience in food processing environments is advantageous.
• Ability to train operators across production processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for operators from goods in to despatch.
• Maintain training records and a skills matrix.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety, Production and Technical teams to align training with standards.
