Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, seeks a Project Quantity Surveyor to drive commercial success on site. You will maximize project value and cash flow while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

On-site, you will act as the commercial lead, managing costs, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered profitably and to the highest standards. Strong NEC knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• On site experience of 3+ years of maintenance contracts.
• Experience of onsite measures.
• NEC form of contract and subcontract conditions.
• Other forms of contract desirable.
• Managing others.

Responsibilities

• Act as the commercial lead on site, driving profitability and performance.
• Provide expert support on contractual and commercial matters.
• Manage costs and project performance to ensure value.
• Identify risks and opportunities and communicate them clearly.
