Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, seeks a Project Quantity Surveyor to lead on-site commercial activity and optimise project value and cash flow. You will support contractual matters, manage costs, and work with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver profitably and to high standards.

You should have accredited RICS/CIOB/ICES training, experience with NEC3 Option A and JCT contracts, and a proven ability to lead teams under pressure while using initiative.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in Build projects.
Accredited course by RICS/CIOB/ICES.
Experience with onsite measures.
Familiar with NEC3 Option A contracts.

Responsibilities

Act as the on-site commercial lead, driving costs and cash flow.
Manage costs and project performance, identify risks and opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
