Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, seeks a Project Quantity Surveyor to drive commercial success on site. You will maximize project value and cash flow while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

On-site, you will act as the commercial lead, managing costs, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered profitably and to the highest standards. Strong NEC knowledge is preferred.

• On site experience of 3+ years of maintenance contracts.
• Experience of onsite measures.
• NEC form of contract and subcontract conditions.
• Other forms of contract desirable.
