Job summary

Airbus is seeking an HR Advisor to support a busy HR function at its Broughton site. This part-time role (28 hours per week) with a 6-month contract and potential extension, works between 7am and 7pm to suit business needs.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers and employees to deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, balancing administration, employee support and stakeholder engagement while maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR environment.
• Experience using Workday and/or SAP (desirable).
• Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confidence handling sensitive employee data.
• Experience supporting absence management, disciplinary processes, recruitment activities and related HR administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with annual HR activities, including salary reviews, performance reviews and bonus processes.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions through Workday and SAP, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and produce regular HR data, reports and metrics.
• Coordinate HR review activities and ensure managers provide inputs.
• Support employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.
• Arrange and support initial medical capability meetings.
• Assist with recruitment activities and processing formal job offers.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Pay Rate: £21.00 per hour PAYE | £28.09 per hour Umbrella

Security Clearance: BPSS+ Clearance required (completed by Airbus Security)

What You'll Be Doing

As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently and consistently across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting HR Business Partners with annual HR activities, including salary reviews, performance reviews and bonus processes.
• Managing employee lifecycle transactions through Workday and SAP, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and producing regular HR data, reports and metrics including absenteeism and headcount information.
• Coordinating HR review activities and ensuring managers provide timely, high-quality inputs.
• Supporting employee relations activities, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.
• Acting as a key contact for arranging and supporting initial medical capability meetings.
• Assisting with recruitment activities and processing formal job offers.
• Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.

About You

• Previous experience working within an HR environment.
• Experience using Workday and/or SAP (desirable).

Desirable

• CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD status.
