Job summary

Datamtx seeks a dedicated M365 Service Desk Technician for a 12‑month onsite contract in the Manchester (UK) office. You will support a critical tenant migration, guide users post‑migration, and manage identity via Entra ID while ensuring seamless access to M365 apps.

You will provide high‑touch, face‑to‑face support to executives and staff, configure devices, and handle desk side services onsite in London or Manchester as required.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Entra ID user/group management.
• Experience with M365 tenant migrations is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of directory services and storage, including AD/Entra ID synchronization and NTFS permissions.

Responsibilities

• Support M365 tenant migrations and post-migration user logins, MFA resets, and profile syncs.
• Administer Entra ID environments including provisioning/deprovisioning and licensing allocations.
• Configure and troubleshoot network shares, printers, and local drive mappings across offices.
