Job summary

Recruita is seeking an experienced Onsite Account Manager in Northampton. You will manage one Account Coordinator, conduct face-to-face meetings to accurately balance supply and demand, and report weekly figures. You must have your own vehicle and be able to drive.

Salary is £35k DOE plus bonus, with potential involvement at a second site during low demand periods. Successful candidates will engage across levels, demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills to proactively manage

• Experience as Onsite Account Manager.
• Proven ability to manage an Account Coordinator.
• Face-to-face meetings to understand supply and demand and report weekly figures.
• Proven ability to provide temporary recruitment solutions.
