The Recruitment Crowd is seeking an Onsite Logistics Account Manager to work on a Rugby site. You will liaise directly with the client to fulfil bookings, recruit, vet, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Hours are Monday to Friday with some weekends and a salary of £26,500–£30,000 per annum depending on experience. Based onsite with the client, you will establish strong relationships, coordinate bookings, assess candidates, and provide ongoing support through onboarding while remaining

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment within logistics/transport.
• Understanding of logistics operations and candidate assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with the client's management team to understand staffing needs.
• Manage all aspects of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Coordinate and fill bookings to meet client demands in a timely manner.
• Conduct candidate assessments and background checks to ensure compliance.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates from contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise recruitment strategies and service delivery.

The Recruitment Crowd are currently looking for an experienced Onsite Logistics Account Manager to join the Transport Division for one of our clients site in Rugby.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Onsite Logistics Account Manager to join our team and work onsite with one of our esteemed clients. As the Onsite Account Manager, you will be soley responsible for liaising directly with our client to fulfil all bookings, recruit, vet, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible hours to suit the needs to the business. (Weekends Apply)

Pay Rate: £26,500 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of logistics operations and the ability to assess candidate suitability based on industry-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Flexibility to work outside regular office hours to meet business demands.
