Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is recruiting for an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager based at our client site in Lutterworth. You will manage daily operations and oversee the driver pool while ensuring shifts are covered.

A full-time role requiring a valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites. Salary £30-35k p/a with a performance bonus, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Skygate and Lutterworth client sites.
• Manage the driver/worker pool across both sites.
• Coordinate daily shift bookings and ensure adequate coverage.
• Confirm workers for shifts and communicate details.
• Adjust shift times and allocations as needed.
• Monitor attendance and identify gaps in coverage.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both sites.
• Source and attract new workers to support growth and requirements.
• Ensure workers are compliant before allocation.

Working Hours:Full-time hours - Monday to Friday with some on-call required

Ignition Driver Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager, to be based at our client site in Lutterworth. You will be working from a newly built office facility on our clients site.

Your own full UK driving licence is essential, as travel to client siteswill be required.

Onsite Recruitment Account Manager- Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations across both Skygate and Lutterworth client sites
• Manage the driver/worker pool across both sites
• Manage daily shift bookings and ensure sufficient worker coverage against client requirements
• Confirm workers for scheduled shifts and communicate shift details
• Manage changes to shift start times, requirements and worker allocations
• Monitor daily attendance and identify any gaps in coverage
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both sites
• Source and attract new workers to support growth and ongoing requirements
• Ensure all workers are fully compliant before being allocated to work
• Monitor outstanding compliance requirements and take action to resolve any issues
• Manage worker availability and maintain an accurate, up-to-date worker pool
• Monitor changes in client volumes and proactively adjust worker requirements accordingly
• Plan for and manage peak periods, including additional recruitment and worker requirements
• Respond to and resolve day-to-day requests from the client's Transport Office
• Maintain regular communication with the client regarding staffing, operational requirements and any issues
• Manage and resolve worker-related issues arising during day-to-day operations
• Monitor service levels and ensure all client requirements are met
• Identify operational issues or potential risks and elevate where required
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, worker allocations, compliance and operational activity
• Work closely with internal Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll and Operations teams to ensure the sites run effectively

Pleasenote that whilst this role is mostly managingHGVdrivers, there may be some requirement to deal with warehousing flex-employees also. This list is non-exhaustive and we require someone who is able to adapt within the role.
