Job summary

The L&D Advisor role in Enfield is a hands-on onsite position within the Learning & Development team. You will deliver inductions, facilitate workshops and work closely with managers to create a positive employee learning experience on site.

This five-day-a-week role focuses on day-to-day learning delivery rather than strategic design, with plenty of opportunity to develop within a growing function and advance your L&D career.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering inductions, workshops or training in person.
• Ability to facilitate groups at various levels.
• Experience with onboarding programmes and new-starter journeys.
• Support for career pathways and capability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning initiatives and inductions to new starters.
• Facilitate workshops and development activities on site.
• Coordinate learning activity from scheduling to delivery.
• Build relationships with managers to address development needs.
• Embed a consistent learning culture across the organisation.
• Gather feedback and report insights to the L&D Manager.
• Grow the L&D function with expanding responsibilities.
