Job summary

CMS Law is seeking an IT Onsite Technician in London, on site. You will install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and systems, ensuring continuous IT service delivery within SLA targets.

The role requires 2+ years with Windows OS, familiarity with ITIL processes, and experience using a ticketing system. Expect asset management, vendor liaison, and meeting-room support in a hybrid policy.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience with Windows OS in a supported setting.
• Experience with ITIL service management is advantageous.
• Experience using a ticketing system preferred.
• Proficiency in network skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair computer systems and equipment.
• Provide routine technical support within SLA.
• Asset control and stock ordering of devices.
• Assist users with hardware issuing or replacement.
• Document issues and requests in the ITSM tool.
• Coordinate device repairs with vendors.
• Perform hardware refreshes and site handovers.
• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing as required.
• Daily backup tape changes and checks.
• Troubleshoot onsite wireless issues and deployments.
