Huxley in London is seeking a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to join a small IT support team within the financial services sector. You will provide day-to-day technical support to users, resolving hardware, software and access issues.

The role offers 40 hours per week, onsite in Mayfair, with opportunities to develop into a stronger 2nd line position and to work with Microsoft 365, AD and Intune.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a 1st line, service desk or desktop support role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, M365).
• Basic Active Directory and user administration experience.
• Confident troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Keen to develop into a stronger 2nd Line Support position.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Manage user accounts, passwords and permissions
• Set up laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• Log and manage incidents through the ticketing system
• Escalate more complex issues where required
