Job summary

Involved Solutions is seeking a 2 Line IT Support Engineer in Central London to join a managed service provider environment serving finance clients. The role focuses on resolving tickets, providing professional end-user support, and developing skills toward 3rd line engineering through fully funded qualifications.

You will join a team of five engineers, work 40 hours per week, and benefit from a £40,000 base salary plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 2nd line IT support engineer.
• Strong troubleshooting and ticketing skills.
• Willingness to progress to 3rd line via funded qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and handle issues promptly and professionally.
• Escalate complex problems when needed and coordinate with team of five.
• Support multiple finance clients within a MSP environment.
