Apex Resource Management is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site support across office and manufacturing environments in Leamington Spa. The role is full-time and site-based, with occasional UK travel.

You will handle face-to-face technical assistance, diagnose a broad range of incidents, and ensure adherence to IT standards and security policies. You will work with Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory, and endpoint protection while supporting hardware deployments and IT projects.

Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site IT support.
• Proficient with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve 1st/2nd line issues.
• Knowledge of deployment tools MDT/WDS.
• Understanding of network basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Responsabilités

• Act as primary contact for IT incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve 1st/2nd line issues within SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to specialists or vendors.
• Document incidents, resolutions and procedures.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Manage endpoint lifecycles and asset tracking.
• Deploy OS using MDT/WDS or similar tools.
• Install and support printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Provide 1st/2nd line WAN/LAN/wireless support.
• Assist with Cisco switching and wireless administration.
