Job summary

FBC UK is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our Head Office team, providing day-to-day user support across UK locations, resolving incidents, provisioning accounts, and maintaining IT services with a customer-focused approach. Based at Head Office, you will work with the Service Desk and stakeholders to deliver effective IT services.

The role includes onsite support on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with flexibility for travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support or similar role.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Wamiliar with providing IT support at an office environment and across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to Head Office users via face-to-face, Teams, and email interactions.
• Deliver a high standard of customer-focused IT support, owning incidents from initial contact to resolution.
• Coordinate onboarding and provisioning of user accounts, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of software on end-user devices, ensuring security policies are followed.
• Support and collaborate with the wider IT team and Service Desk to deliver reliable IT services.
