Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to Head Office users via face-to-face, Teams, and email.
• Resolve incidents and service requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure timely restoration of services.
• Install, configure, and support end-user devices and software in line with IT standards.
• Assist with onboarding provisioning and asset tracking across the organisation.
