Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an OSS Engineer to deliver hands-on onsite End User Services (EUS) and production-site IT/OT support.

You will be the local IT representative on client sites, supporting end-user devices, production workstations, and IoT/OT equipment while coordinating with infrastructure, automation, and third-party teams. The role covers deskside support, IMACD activities, and ITSM processes, ensuring stable, secure operations in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Windows 10/11 administration and device management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and AD user administration.
• Experience with asset management and IT infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows devices and peripherals; perform IMACD tasks.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN, and general IT infrastructure.
• Assist with IT/OT integration and support MES environments.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
• Escort and manage external vendors during onsite activities.
