Job summary

Corriculo is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer for a well‑established IT MSP. The role centers on owning the most demanding incidents, guiding them from triage to resolution, and coordinating across teams and vendors.

You will lead root cause investigations and help elevate internal standards. The position is based onsite from Scunthorpe offices, with travel to client sites as needed; strong Windows, AD, and cloud skills are required and Microsoft or networking certifications are a welcome

Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required; full UK driving licence.
