Job summary

VIQU IT is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a contract role based in Stevenage. You will handle 1st line tickets, manage escalations for Microsoft-based services, and maintain client-facing support with a strong focus on customer service. On-site work five days a week will be required.

Strong experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365 is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to triage and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in IT support in a Microsoft environment.
• Experience handling 1st line support and tickets in a service desk.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and escalate support tickets for Microsoft-based services.
• Provide 1st Line support from Stevenage on site five days a week.
• Triaging tickets and coordinating with relevant teams; use ticketing system.
• Support with AV equipment and meeting room setups; handle break/fix issues.
