Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an IT Operations Specialist I for our London office to provide essential onsite IT support in a heavy macOS and Google Workspace environment. You will handle end‑to‑end IT operations, including hardware provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and asset lifecycle, while collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure a seamless experience for all employees.

The role requires on-site work five days a week with an on-call rotation for after-hours incidents and executive support

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong expertise troubleshooting macOS hardware, software, and enterprise configurations.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and basic Linux desktop administration or CLI troubleshooting.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration (User management, Shared Drives, Groups, Admin Console).
• Willingness to work fully onsite 5 days a week and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite technical support resource for employees.
• Collaborate with IT engineering and operations teams on infrastructure updates and policy enforcement.
• Manage hire-to-retire IT operations: provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, asset recovery.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and groups in Google Workspace and connected tools.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle: inventory, check-in/out, audits, disposal.
• Use internal AI tools to summarize incidents, speed up resolutions, and draft KB docs.
• Support conference room tech (Google Meet Hardware, Zoom Rooms) and events.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours incidents.
