Job summary

Machine Mart is seeking a Network Technician to join our IT team. The role is based onsite at our Head Office with occasional travel and overnight stays. You will diagnose hardware and software faults, configure devices, and support Microsoft 365 services across the store network and head office.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on IT support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while coordinating with other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computing or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a technical support role.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Must have a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support for store network and head office.
• Diagnose hardware and software faults and resolve issues.
• Manage user accounts and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and collaboration tools.
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain IT equipment including printers and peripherals.
