Job summary

Holmes And Hills LLP is seeking a 1st/2nd line IT Support Desk Technician to deliver high-quality support to over 220 staff across seven offices. The role covers hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 services, and requires travel to offices as needed with a full UK driving licence.

This is an office-based vacancy in Marks Tey, Colchester. You will provide first and second-line support, respond to requests, manage incidents, and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Desk or Helpdesk role.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to employees across multiple offices.
• Respond to requests via the Service Desk Portal and telephone.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
• Maintain accurate incident records and resolutions.
• Assist with device setup for new starters.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration tasks and security practices.
