Job summary

Millbrook Healthcare in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join our growing IT team. You will provide first-line support, assist with second-line activities, and handle on-site and remote issues across multiple locations.

The role is hands-on, involves device builds, stock management, and supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID. You will work with colleagues, follow SLAs, and contribute to IT projects, with occasional travel and out-of-hours

Qualifications

• Early-career IT professional or graduate with hands-on support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory or Entra ID.
• Good understanding of Windows desktop OS.
• Experience in an IT service desk or support with a ticketing system.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and some second-line IT support.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, email, Windows devices, printing and business applications.
• Manage tickets from initial diagnosis through to resolution.
• Prepare and ship IT equipment.
• Assist with server, network and security tasks.
• Support IT projects and office moves.
