Job summary

G-TEKT Europe Manufacturing Limited in Brockworth, Gloucester, seeks an HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations and longer-term people initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will handle full employee lifecycle administration, respond to queries, assist with recruitment for production roles, manage absences, and coordinate payroll data accuracy. Onsite role with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Level 3 CIPD qualification is desirable.
• Basic awareness of employment law.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and time management.
• High accuracy and attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality.
• Resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support across the full employee lifecycle (new starters, leavers, inductions and off-boarding).
• Respond to daily queries from employees and managers via in-person and HR email.
• Assist recruitment and screening for production roles, including right-to-work checks.
• Monitor absence and sickness notifications with relevant documentation.
• Provide information to payroll and maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Identify and implement system/process improvements and participate in weekly meetings.
• Support Assistant Manager with compliance and ad hoc HR projects including community activities.
• Arrange occupational health for new starters.
• Maintain and update the HR system.
