Job summary

GKN Aerospace is seeking a proactive HR Systems Administrator for its Filton site in Bristol. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy and integrity across HR and time management systems, enabling payroll and HR reporting.

It is a permanent, on-site position at Filton. You will maintain HRIS records, run data quality audits, produce HR reports, and support payroll while liaising with the business on operational matters including factory shutdowns.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll processes.
• Demonstrable experience administering an HRIS.
• Experience producing and interpreting HR data and management reports.
• Some knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience administering time and attendance systems.
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven data processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HRIS.
• Conduct regular data quality audits across all HR systems.
• Maintain accurate organisational structure and hierarchy within the HRIS.
• Produce and distribute standing HR reports.
• Prepare data packs.
• Ensure the time management system is updated to reflect changes including shift patterns.
• Provide ongoing payroll support.
• Liaise with the business on operational matters including factory shutdown arrangements.
