Job summary

GKN Aerospace in Filton, Bristol, is seeking a proactive HR Systems Administrator to ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR and time management systems.

You will maintain HRIS records, run data quality audits, produce HR reports, support payroll, and help with shift changes, liaising with the broader business. This is an on-site role at our Filton site with manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll processes.
• Demonstrable experience administering an HRIS.
• Experience producing and interpreting HR data and management reports.
• Some knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience administering time and attendance systems.
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven data processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HRIS.
• Conduct regular data quality audits across all HR systems.
• Maintain accurate organisational structure and hierarchy within the HRIS.
• Produce and distribute standing HR reports.
• Prepare data packs.
• Ensure the time management system is updated to reflect changes including shift patterns.
• Provide ongoing payroll support.
• Liaise with the business on operational matters including factory shutdown arrangements.
