Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a HR Generalist to support our manufacturing client in Kingswinford. This hands-on role partners with site leaders to deliver effective HR support across the UK facility while collaborating with the wider EMEA People and Culture team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a generalist HR role, strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, and proficiency with MS 365 and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HR systems.
• Experience in maintaining HR processes and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support.
• Monitor UK employment trends, legislation, and best practices to maintain compliance.
• Manage employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support absence management processes and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Maintain and improve HR processes, procedures, and operational practices.
• Lead and coordinate recruitment activities, including managing external recruitment partners.
• Collaborate with HR specialists in HRIS, Health & Safety, and Employee Development.
• Participate in UK-focused projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use data and insights to support HR decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
