Haywood & Padgett Ltd, a Barnsley-based food manufacturer, is seeking a Training Coordinator to coordinate and deliver training across the site, focusing on food safety, quality and health and safety.

You will engage with managers and teams on the shop floor to identify learning needs, develop materials and ensure competency before sign-off. The role supports employee development and internal progression with practical, hands-on training.

Formación

• Previous experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience delivering workplace training or coordinating training in manufacturing.
• Clear understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality standards and health and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver training across production, hygiene, technical, warehouse and other departments.
• Identify training needs and maintain training plans, matrices and records.
• Deliver practical training on food safety, hygiene, metal detection, coding and labelling, quality standards.
