Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is hiring a Technical Training Manager to lead our technical learning and development across the UK network. You’ll drive the strategy, develop materials, and deliver training on food safety, quality and compliance, both in person and virtually.

You will start focusing on Middlesbrough sites with significant travel across the UK, ensuring alignment with retailer standards and legislation while building a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience developing competency-based training programmes within food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of BRCGS retailer standards and food safety legislation.
• Experience with LMS and training content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the technical learning and development agenda.
• Deliver training across multiple manufacturing sites via classroom and virtual learning.
• Develop materials, assessments and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Coach the Technical Training Coordinator and collaborate with HR/Operations.
