Via UK is seeking a Field Manager to run daily onsite operations for the Westlink service, ensuring safe, reliable transportation and timely rider drop-offs. You will lead drivers, coordinate with partners and central teams, and resolve real-time challenges with data-driven decisions.

Based in the West of England, the role requires hands-on leadership, proactive problem solving, and clear communication with diverse stakeholders.

• Operational experience in people management, logistics, or customer-focused processes.
• Ability to build trust with drivers, riders, and partners across diverse backgrounds.
• Hands-on, proactive in solving problems in the field and under pressure.
