Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Parcelforce Coventry for an Onsite Planning Executive to join our Service Delivery team and support one of our key clients.

You will manage Angard staff on-site, handle queries from workers and clients, and work closely with our central delivery and deployment teams to ensure smooth operations and rapid response to deployment gaps. This permanent, full-time role includes a predictable evening shift and close collaboration with site stakeholders.

We're looking to recruit an Onsite Planning Executive to join our Service Delivery team and support one of our key clients.

Reed supply flexible and temporary workforce solutions through Angard Staffing to Royal Mail sites all across the country, managing year round recruitment as well as seasonal peaks.

This is a full time permanent role.

What's an Onsite Executive?

An Onsite Executive represents Reed and Angard Staffing on-site with the client. You'll be managing our flexible workforce, handling queries, and helping to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders on-site.

Shift pattern for the role:

• Monday to Friday
• 16:00pm - 01:00am

Main responsibilities:

• Managing Angard staff on-site
• Handling queries from workers and clients
• Working closely with our centralised delivery and deployment teams
• Identifying and helping to resolve gaps in deployment
• Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders onsite
• Working as part of a close-knit onsite team to ensure a high standard of service

What are we looking for?

We're looking for candidates with experience working onsite in a warehousing/logistics/distribution environment. Transferable experience from similar roles would also be considered.
