Job summary

JNC Recruitment Limited is seeking an EUC Engineer in London for a permanent onsite role. You will support a mixed environment of Windows and Mac users, manage endpoint and workplace technology, and deliver high-quality end-user computing services.

You will own EUC incidents from start to finish, maintain ITSM records, and work within an ITIL-aligned framework to support executives in a process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering EUC support in an enterprise setting.
• Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with endpoint hardware and workplace tech services.
• Familiar with ITSM tooling and ITIL-aligned processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent EUC support across incident requests.
• Own end to end EUC support from engagement to resolution.
• Maintain accurate ITSM tracking and records.
• Support endpoint, meeting room and workplace technology readiness.
• Provide high standards of support to senior executives.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical channels.
