Job summary

Paragon is seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to join our IT team in Greater London. You will ensure employees have a smooth and secure experience with desktops, apps and devices across office, remote, and factory floor environments.

You will manage Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, Intune, Active Directory, and endpoint security. Travel to other sites may be required. Strong scripting and troubleshooting are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support or IT Infrastructure
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and end-user device management
• Experience with EPC, Intune (Endpoint Manager), and Active Directory
• Solid troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation
• Knowledge of VPN software SecurEnvoy and Citrix is desirable
• Knowledge of Apple Mac devices configuration is a must

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Macs and printers
• Configure and manage Windows 10/11 devices and software deployments
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
• Manage EPC, Intune, Active Directory, and Azure AD
• Package, test, and deploy software and updates
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Ensure endpoint security through patching, antivirus, and encryption
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement changes and improve user experience
• Document systems and processes, provide user support
• Possibility to travel to other sites as required
• JML - Joiner/Mover/Leaver onboarding and offboarding processes
