Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited in London seeks an experienced EUC Engineer to deliver endpoint services during a major transformation programme. You will implement, test, migrate and support modern endpoint solutions across a large user and device estate.

Key focus areas include Microsoft Intune, Entra ID Join, Windows Autopilot and endpoint security. The role requires hands‑on Windows management, testing discipline and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with modern Microsoft endpoint technologies.
• Experience provisioning and migrating Windows devices at scale.
• Experience with Intune configuration, compliance, security and deployment policies.
• Ability to troubleshoot enrolment, policy, authentication and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and deliver endpoint services throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Configure Intune enrolment, compliance, config, update and deployment policies.
• Design and test Windows Autopilot profiles and provisioning processes.
• Support endpoint pilots and migration waves with repeatable deployment steps.
• Develop automated processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Troubleshoot endpoint dependencies including certificates, VPN and CA.
• Create runbooks, test plans and documentation for operational support.
• Collaborate with identity, security, network and service teams to ensure readiness.
