Job summary

JNC Recruitment Limited is seeking an EUC Engineer in London for a permanent onsite role. You will support a mixed environment of Windows and Mac users, manage endpoint and workplace technology, and deliver high-quality end-user computing services.

You will own EUC incidents from start to finish, maintain ITSM records, and work within an ITIL-aligned framework to support executives in a process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering EUC support in an enterprise setting.
• Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with endpoint hardware and workplace tech services.
• Familiar with ITSM tooling and ITIL-aligned processes.

EUC Engineer – London – Onsite £45,000 - £53,000 per annum

We are currently working with a growing service provider in London that is looking to bring on an End User Support Engineer on a permanent basis.

The EUC Engineer will be supporting a combination of internal users and external clients, in a mixed environment including both Windows and Mac users.

This is an onsite role that requires 5 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent EUC support across incident requests
• Own end to end EUC support from start, user engagement to finish
• Maintain accurate ITSM tracking
• Own, support and maintain endpoint, meeting room and workplace technology readiness
• Provide high standards of support to senior executives
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical channels

Skills and experience required:

• Strong client and workplace technology support experience
• Excellent experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Supporting Endpoint hardware and workplace technology services
• Experience using ITSM tooling
• Experience supporting joiner, mover, leaver processes
• Experience with ITIL-aligned incident, request, and problem management practices
• Highly professional and able to work in a process led operating model
• Able to work with clear boundaries, documentation standards and escalation paths
