You will be hands-on, overseeing IT systems, devices, security, SaaS and office tech; you will administer Google Workspace and Slack and manage a fleet of Macs, including procurement, builds, MDM enrollment and updates.
A fast-growing global firm is seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to join the team in Central London. The business embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home 2 days per week.
In this brand-new role, you will own the day-to-day IT function for the UK and Europe office. You will act as a trusted expert for IT requests in this hands-on position covering IT systems, devices, security, SaaS and office technology. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, administer Google Workspace and Slack, and manage a fleet of Mac devices including procurement, build, MDM enrolment and updates.
In order to be suitable for this role you will be a dynamic IT professional with hands-on experience with MacOS devices including MDM tools like JAMF etc. You will hold prior experience of Google Workspace administration alongside a solid grounding in identity, access and security basics. It is advantageous to have scripting or automation experience, but this is by no means necessary.
