QinetiQ Limited in the Isle of Benbecula, Scotland, is seeking an Administrator to join the UK Estates Delivery team. You will support delivering planned activities, providing high-quality property operations services to customers and colleagues alike.

The role is 37 hours per week, full-time onsite with flexible hours. Key duties include helpdesk support via MMS (SAP), creating and administering work orders, and updating progress.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate confidently with a range of people.
• Ability to work within procedures with limited supervision and guidance.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Provide helpdesk support via MMS (SAP) for work requests.
• Create valid work orders from MMS notifications and assign to appropriate person.
• Administer maintenance work orders and update progress in MMS.
• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone or email; ensure orders are closed per policy.
• Filing and archiving of all orders and paperwork in line with policy.
