QinetiQ is recruiting for a Permanent – Full Time AskHR Advisor based at the Amesbury site in Wiltshire. You will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, delivering accurate and timely support across policies and systems such as SuccessFactors.

The role requires at least 3 days on-site attendance per week and involves case management, process documentation and continuous improvement. You will handle high-volume enquiries, maintain records with precision, and collaborate with Level 2

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, administrative or HR support roles.
• Willingness to study CIPD Level 3 Foundation.
• Understanding of HR processes across employee lifecycle.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers via multiple channels (ticketing, email, phone, in-person).
• Log, triage and manage queries in the AskHR case-management system with accurate categorisation and updates.
• Deliver guidance in line with HR policies and procedures, ensuring first contact resolution where possible.
• Escalate only with full information when necessary and maintain high service levels.
• Support compliance with data protection, audits and SOPs, and contribute to knowledge content.
