Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Digital Deployment Lead for the Hinkley Point C project near Bridgwater, Somerset. The role focuses on transforming how quality, compliance and construction information is captured and managed across one of Europe’s largest nuclear programmes.

The role is full-time, onsite at Hinkley Point C, with responsibilities spanning deployment, training, system adoption, data quality and cross-team collaboration to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the implementation or deployment of business-critical digital systems.
• Experience training and supporting users through technology change.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex operational environments.
• Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and continuously improve digital ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Leading deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of a digital platform across the programme.
• Managing user onboarding, training, support and engagement to maximise system use.
• Collaborating with operational, quality and project teams to embed digital processes.
• Driving data quality, reporting and performance insights for decisions.
• Working with internal teams and external partners to deliver enhancements and improve integration.
