Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear seeks a Digital Deployment Lead for the Hinkley Point C project near Bridgwater, Somerset. The role focuses on transforming how quality, compliance and construction information is captured and managed across one of Europe’s largest nuclear new-build programs.

You will lead deployment of a critical digital platform, onboard and train users, and work with project teams to embed digital processes and deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying or managing business-critical digital systems.
• Experience training users through technology and process change.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of a digital platform across the programme.
• Manage onboarding, training, support and engagement to maximise system use and performance.
• Collaborate with operational, quality and project teams to embed digital processes and drive improvements.
• Drive data quality, reporting and insights to support decision-making.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver enhancements and improve integration.
