Cavendish Nuclear is recruiting for a Digital Deployment Lead at Hinkley Point C in Somerset. The role focuses on transforming how quality, compliance and construction information is captured and managed, with day-to-day duties spanning deployment, onboarding and ongoing system enhancements across the programme.

The role requires leading adoption of a digital platform, driving improvements with stakeholders, and delivering data-driven insights to support decision-making in a high-profile nuclear

Qualifications

• Experience leading the implementation, deployment or management of business-critical digital systems or software platforms.
• Experience engaging, training and supporting users through technology and process change.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across construction, engineering, manufacturing or other complex operational environments.
• Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and continuously improve digital ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Leading the deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of a critical digital platform across the programme.
• Managing user onboarding, training, support and engagement activities to maximise system utilisation and business performance.
• Collaborating with operational, quality and project teams to embed digital processes and drive measurable improvements.
• Driving data quality, reporting and performance insights to support informed decision-making.
• Working with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver system enhancements, resolve issues and improve integration.
