Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear, part of Babcock International, is seeking a Digital Deployment Lead for the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater, Somerset. The role focuses on transforming how quality, compliance and construction information is captured and managed across one of Europe’s largest nuclear programmes.

You will lead deployment of a critical digital platform, onboard and train users, collaborate with multiple teams, and drive data quality and performance insights to underpin informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the implementation, deployment or management of business-critical digital systems or software platforms.
• Experience engaging, training and supporting users through technology and process change.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across construction, engineering, manufacturing or other complex operational environments.
• Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and continuously improve digital ways of working.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading the deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of a critical digital platform across the programme.
• Managing user onboarding, training, support and engagement activities to maximise system utilisation and business performance.
• Collaborating with operational, quality and project teams to embed digital processes and drive measurable improvements.
• Driving data quality, reporting and performance insights to support informed decision-making.
• Working with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver system enhancements, resolve issues and improve integration.
