Job summary

Hinkley Point C is seeking a Digital Deployment Lead to transform how quality, compliance and construction information is captured and managed at one of Europe’s largest nuclear new-build programmes. The role is based onsite in Bridgwater, Somerset, five days a week, driving adoption of a critical digital platform and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the implementation, deployment or management of business-critical digital systems or software platforms.
• Experience engaging, training and supporting users through technology and process change.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across construction, engineering, manufacturing or other complex operational environments.
• Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and continuously improve digital ways of working.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of a critical digital platform across the programme.
• Manage user onboarding, training, support and engagement activities to maximise system utilisation and business performance.
• Collaborate with operational, quality and project teams to embed digital processes and drive measurable improvements.
• Drive data quality, reporting and performance insights to support informed decision-making.
• Work with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver system enhancements, resolve issues and improve integration.
