Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Digital Deployment Lead for Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset. The role centers on deploying and continuously improving a critical digital platform across the programme, while onboarding users, delivering training and driving user engagement to maximise system use and business performance.

• Experience leading the implementation, deployment or management of business-critical digital systems or software platforms.
• Experience engaging, training and supporting users through technology and process change.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across construction, engineering, manufacturing or other complex operational environments.
• Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and continuously improve digital ways of working.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job description

As a Digital Deployment Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how quality, compliance and construction information is captured and managed across one of the largest nuclear new-build programmes in Europe. Day-to-day, you'll be required to:

• Leading the deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of a critical digital platform across the programme.
• Managing user onboarding, training, support and engagement activities to maximise system utilisation and business performance.
• Collaborating with operational, quality and project teams to embed digital processes and drive measurable improvements.
• Driving data quality, reporting and performance insights to support informed decision-making.
• Working with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver system enhancements, resolve issues and improve integration. This is a full-time role based onsite at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset, working five days per week on site.

Essential experience of the Digital Deployment Lead

• Experience leading the implementation, deployment or management of business-critical digital systems or software platforms.
• Experience engaging, training and supporting users through technology and process change.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across construction, engineering, manufacturing or other complex operational environments.
• Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and continuously improve digital ways of working.
