Job summary

Eurolaser Technologies Ltd is seeking a Desk side Level 2 Desktop Technician to provide high-quality on-site IT support through the Desktop Support Services and the Mobile Tech Bar. The role covers walk-up support, hardware lifecycle management, and end-user experience optimization across desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and printers.

The candidate will perform 2nd line IT support, device enrollment, and on-site coverage, with flexibility for out-of-hours work and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience delivering on-site IT support to end users.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile devices across a range of platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-up IT support through the Mobile Tech Bar and on-site visits.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, smartphones, and tablets.
• Enroll devices using enterprise management tools and ensure policy compliance.
• Deliver face-to-face technical support and resolve end-user issues promptly.
• Test and document issues, track resolutions, and maintain SLAs.
• Support BAU and project work, including asset inventory and training.
