Travelers Europe is seeking an IT Technical Support professional to provide 1st and 2nd line support to UK staff, covering PCs, printers, and mobile devices. The role operates under a hybrid policy with on-site and remote work options.

Ideal candidates will have experience in technical customer service, IT/business education, and familiarity with Apple iOS, networks, and office applications, ensuring timely incident resolution and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical customer service role.
• Educational background in IT or business IT.
• Experience with Apple iOS and mobile devices preferred.
• Knowledge of networks and connectivity.
• Experience with business applications and system access.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to UK staff.
• Support PC hardware, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Log incidents and requests in the IT Service Desk within SLAs.
• Assist with moves and setup of equipment for meetings.
• Ensure compliance with code of conduct and policies.
