Job summary

Eurolaser Technologies Ltd is seeking a Desktop Support – Level 2 specialist to deliver onsite IT support in Belfast. The role focuses on DSS and Mobile Device Management, handling walk-up support via the Mobile Tech Bar and supporting desktop PCs, laptops, smartphones, and printers.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong English language skills, and a full UK driving licence. Expect 9:00–17:00 with some travel and after-hours flexibility as required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in DSS and MDM with SNOW knowledge.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Full UK driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-up IT support through the Mobile Tech Bar and on-site visits.
• Configure, deploy and support laptops, desktops, smartphones and tablets.
• Enrol devices using enterprise management tools and ensure device lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and document resolutions.
• Work 2nd line tickets to resolve issues within SLA.
• Offer on-site cover and remote office support as needed.
• Assist with asset inventory and end-user training.
