Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years in Field Services / Onsite Support Services.
• PC/Mobile/Hardware Hands & Eyes Meeting Rooms & Events Support.
• Windows 10/11 knowledge.
• Office 2016 / Office 365 knowledge.
• Experience in Desktop/Technical Support roles.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
• Experience with Windows Imaging Projects.
• Knowledge of SCCM and Intune administration.
• Experience with OS deployments (mass deployment).
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams for quick resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Bulk refreshes and smarthands support.
• PC configuration for new starters.
• Asset management and recycling coordination.
• Office moves and hardware provisioning coordination.
• Laptop provisioning and image management for new hires.
• Driver updates, patching and firmware support.
• Coordinate with facilities for on-site support and announcements.
• SCCM/OS troubleshooting and knowledge article creation.
• OS version updates and profile recreation when needed.
