Job summary

VIQU Limited in Stevenage is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on BAU IT support to an onsite team. You will resolve a range of hardware and software issues in a Windows / Microsoft 365 environment, handling face-to-face and remote inquiries.

Responsibilities include logging and triaging tickets, supporting SharePoint, Active Directory and Azure tasks, and escalating complex incidents to appropriate teams while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Desktop Support to end users in a Windows / Microsoft environment.
• Handle incoming support calls and walk-up user support.
• Manage tickets through the internal ticketing system and escalate complex incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Desktop Support to end users in a Windows environment.
